As a retired builder myself, it was very important to me that the company who built my personal home exemplified the same level of quality and integrity that I showed to my own clientele, and Tapestry Homes certainly did not disappoint. My new home was built with quality, on schedule and you stood behind every promise.

I want to thank everyone at Tapestry Homes for making my home buying experience both seamless and positive. I highly recommend Tapestry Homes.

Thought Pamela and I would share our experience with you and the entire Tapestry Team…..

Executing and delivering on Superior Customer Service is something Tapestry Homes has perfected throughout their entire organization!

Our buying/ownership experience at Vero Lago has been nothing short of excellent, all because their focus and attention was on us, their customer. Our buying experience was surprisingly stress free, in large part due to the fact that so many of the necessities we wanted in our home were actually included in the listed price of the home. The sales professionals, Therese, Diana, and Pam were thorough, responding efficiently to every query we had.

Once we decided to buy, the level of communication was astounding including progress reports, pictures, time estimates on the closing. One thing we noticed from the onset was that the quality workmanship experienced in the model homes was equally present in the construction of our home. Tapestry Homes’ high building standards are guided by Roy and the very competent trades utilized in the construction of our home.

Once we took possession of our new home, we continued to be impressed by the support we were provided by the entire Tapestry team. There were very few minor issues which arose after we closed and each issue was taken seriously by Dawn and addressed to our complete satisfaction. Again like the purchase process, the after purchase was stress free….

As our home in Vero Lago is a second home, it was important to us to be part of a community, for the several months we are here, not a day goes by without someone saying hi, or waving,we knew we found the right place.

The ultimate key to success is asking if you would recommend others buy in Vero Lago. Our life long friends had the opportunity to visit us and their dream home is currently being built on a lot close to ours.

For us, Superior Customer Service = Customer Satisfaction. We could not be more happy with our new Vero Lago home!

Our experience with Vero Lago was wonderful

To whom it may concern at Tapestry Homes,

The very first experience with Vero Lago a year and a half ago was wonderful. It has continued since then! Our friends told us about Vero Lago and brought me to meet Therese at the sales office. That was a wonderful meeting. Therese is very professional and easy to work with. She is knowledgeable and pleasant as well.

She introduced us to Pam, John and Roy. Pam couldn't be sweeter. Both John and Roy have been fabulous to deal with. From the beginning of construction of our home to the present, he has always been professional and very helpful.

When we have needed anything done, we have called Customer Service and Dawn has been excellent to work with. She has been courteous and has responded promptly.

Our entire experience with Vero Lago has been easy and pleasant. Professional, courteous, and fun, what more can anyone ask of Customer Service. You should be proud of the people that work for you.

Letter of Appreciation from Vero Lago Homeowners

Dear Dawn,

I just wanted to write this short letter of appreciation for all the wonderful people who have helped us choose, move in and enjoy our wonderful home at Vero Lago. We have been here a year now. Dawn it is always nice to talk with you. We don't know how you do everything, so professional and fast.

Our experience has been one of having first class service on every level. We could never have done it or been as happy without the help of Sales Associate Therese PoIvan. She sold us the perfect floor plan (for us), in a great locatioo and did an amazing job of coordinating the options, colors and gave us a list of venders (furniture, window dressing, electricians, etc.) we found invaluable. I could write an entire letter on just how much she helped us before the move, during the move and after the move. That is way beyond even high-end service.

The Construction Manager Roy Beam took us through the house and demonstrated everything in the house. He reminded us, several times, he was just a phone call away should we need help or have a question. He provided us with so much information regarding things we should do or maybe do, made using and maintaining the house a snap. Again, the service level is remarkable. We have only had a few issues and all were resolved in 24 hours. I called Roy because our air conditioning did not seem to work one day. He said he would be over in less than 15 minutes. He looked outside and said it was the outside unit. He told me to call you (Dawn) to start a ticket and he ran down the street and had a Del-Air technician on site waiting for a ticket so he could fix the air conditioner. Three minutes later the ticket came to the Del-Air tech and he replaced a condenser and the air conditioner was running fine all in about 25 minutes. Now that is miraculous. Six months after we moved in we found a small crack in a tile. That was fixed the next day. Needless to say, you stand behind your work.

We are so happy we live at Vero Lago. The grounds are kept like a golf course. The pool, gyms and tennis courts are surgically clean. I mentioned this to Tom the Home Owners Association representative and he very humbly said they try to get the best people to provide the best services available.

The lawn and grounds folks are friendly and curious as all the people associated with Vero Lago. You can't tell all of these things by reading a web site or by a quick drive through, so I hope someone who has interest in this property will read this and know that the service level and the way the products are stood behind lends itself to a relaxing, enjoyable and carefree life style here at Vero Lago.

Review of Vero Lago and Tapestry Homes

Dear Peter,

My husband and I were just at Vero Lago and Therese showed us the models. I’m writing to tell you how great she was. She was welcoming and inviting and put Vero Lago at the top of our list. We’ve looked at a lot of other communities but the people, the houses, and the standard features just haven’t been as good. We’re still taking care of a few personal things first but will be buying a Vero Lago home soon.
