My name is Dave and my wife and I recently visited Vero Lago and had the chance to see the beauty and quality of Tapestry homes. During our visit we worked with Therese Polvan and Pam. I cannot tell you how great these two are.We almost bought one of your inventory homes but we felt it is in our best interest to sell our home first. Booth Therese and Pam were very professional, honest, and understanding of our issue. We know two things after our visit, we want to live in Vero Beach and we want to have a home in Vero Lago. We will be keeping in touch with Therese and whether it is an inventory home or new construction we will be back. Besides the quality of your homes and the beauty of Vero Lago the largest impact for us was how both Therese and Pam made us feel.I can tell you that during our recent trip we visited many communities on the west coast as well as the east coast and dealt with many Home Consultants. Without a doubt these ladies made us feel comfortable and like we were already at home. I am sure you already know but Therese and Pam are truly an asset to Vero Lago and Tapestry Homes.

Thank you so much for all of the time you spent with me and my husband. You made both of us feel right at home the moment we got there. Wow, I did not realize how much work it was going through all of the fabulous models and looking at the homes under construction!
I really liked the San Simeon model and was really stunned to see that Tapestry Homes only uses Batt insulation. All of the other homes we looked at by other builders were using that blown in stuff. It’s nice to see a builder putting in quality materials even where you can’t see them.

Both of you aces! Like I told you, the home I am coming from
was plagued with numerous leaks from the day we moved in. I was really worried
when we decided to build a new home because I did not want the problems like I
had. You both go to such extremes to make sure everything is just perfect. I
have never seen such attention to detail. I was surprised when I saw the amount
of waterproofing applied around all of the windows and doors as well as how
tight everything fit.
